Return and Refund Policy

Final Sale Agreement: All jewelry pieces are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on "change of heart" or aesthetic preference once the order is placed.

Transit Damage Clause: We take full responsibility for the item until it reaches your door. In the rare event of damage during transit, a resolution is only possible if a continuous unboxing video is provided.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: * The video must start before the outer seal is broken.

It must be a single, unedited shot showing the label, the box's integrity, and the damaged item.

Claims without this video evidence will be strictly denied.

24-Hour Reporting Window: Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to our team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Refunds:

Under no circumstances are cash refunds provided. If a claim is verified, we will offer a 

replacement

 of the same design (if in stock) or 

store credit

with six-month validity once we receive the damaged product.
