Returns & Exchange Policy
Strict No-Return Policy: Due to the high-value nature of our pieces and also the hygiene factor, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Quality Assurance: Every item undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection before it is dispatched.
Tamper-Proof Packaging: All shipments are dispatched in secure, tamper-evident packaging to maintain the integrity of the piece from our store to your door.
Damaged Goods & Transit Claims
Mandatory Opening Video: To qualify for a resolution regarding transit damage, clients must record a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened.
Video Requirements: The video must clearly show:
The shipping label and the intact state of the outer box/seal.
The actual process of unboxing.
The specific damage or defect on the jewelry piece.
Reporting Window: Damage claims must be reported via email within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp (domestic & international).
Resolution Process: Upon verifying the video evidence, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Without a valid unboxing video, damage claims cannot be entertained.
